Chester’s brand new monthly comedy night, hosted by Chester Comedy Corner starts on Thursday 6th October with headliner Andy White, guest Natalie Hudsan and Mike Carter and M.C. Roland Gent.
About the acts:
Andy White is An energetic, confident and silly Brummie who combines silly voices and a mad afro to devastating comic effect. Andy has numerous media appearances, including the BBC New Comedy Awards on BBC Choice, Brand Spanking New on BBC Radio 7 and his winning performance on the Weakest Link comedian’s special! His appearance on the BBC quiz show featured in his five star (* * * * * Three Weeks) Edinburgh show, ‘It Started With A Quiz’ in 2007. This followed on from his well-received one man show at the 2005 Leicester Comedy Festival: Young, Gifted and Beige.

Natalie Husdan, is a voice over artist and stand up who is currently wowing crowds in the north west with her tells of being a super mum. Rising through the ranks, Natalie is certainly ‘one to watch’!

Mike Carter is an up and coming comedian on the UK comedy scene and is fast becoming a fixture on the North West circuit and beyond. Combining with contemporary observations of post University life and pop culture, Mike has won audiences over with a warm hearted delivery of some wry jabs. He is fast becoming in demand at all the major clubs. Mike has been a two time King Gong winner, a finalist in the Liverpool Echo & XS Radio Manchester New Comedian Competitions.

Roland Gent has been on the northern circuit for over 20 years constantly writing and evolving his act from simple observations to politics, one liners and filth. Expect references to what ever is going on in the world from someone who looks at life from an odd angle. Laughs guaranteed as he relentlessly bashes big hitting laughs at the audience.

Tickets are £10 advance. The doors open at 19:30 and the show starts at 20:00.
Teenagers aged 14 – 15 are allowed to attend the event if accompanied by an adult. Discretion is advised as there may be strong language and explicit / offensive jokes.
