The Upside Down Wizard of Oz: A Big Gay Panto

What do you get when you cross Chester's only LGBTQ+ Cabaret troupe with one of the most beloved stories of all time? The Upside Down Wizard of Oz, of course!

Join Dorothy Gale (played by the comedic and charismatic vocalist Rachel "Foxy" Fox) and her foul-mouthed pup Toto as they're whisked away from Kansas into a wild, camp, and chaotic land of Oz. Along the yellow-brick road she teams up with:

The brainless-but-sexy Scarecrow (Mr Brake Down, Chester's legendary drag king and host with the most)

The non-binary Tin-Them (Miss Hertz, punk rebel drag queen extraordinaire)

Guided by Glinda the Good (played by writer and returning star Miss Cherry Good), Dorothy must reach the Emerald City before the Wicked Witch of the West stops her. Spoiler: she probably makes it-but not before plenty of chaos, cheek, and cabaret along the way!

Forget the songs you know, forget the story you grew up with-this is panto upside down: packed with drag artistry, burlesque, powerhouse vocals, filthy jokes, and all the glitter you can handle.

Expect laughs, sass, camp chaos, and maybe a few surprises behind the curtain.

There's no place like homo home!
