In The Sun is a new theatre scratch night event, bringing together theatrical talent from the North-West area. Presented by Tired Horses Theatre, the evening will consist of five short performances from local artists. Each piece being loosely inspired by Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. We asked our artists to respond to the idea of walking into the sun after living in a world of shadows.

In The Sun is an event aimed at artists in their early stages of development to present their new, bold and entertaining ideas in front of a live audience. This event provides artists an opportunity to expand upon their craft and get feedback from a like minded community.
